💪Role Overview
We are inviting fresh graduate physiotherapists (with internship completed) to join as Physiotherapy Specialists in our Neuro-Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal (MS), and Paediatrics divisions.
This program is designed to grow you into a clinician-innovator — blending hands-on practice with technology, creativity, and leadership.
🧩Core Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment under supervision of senior/lead physiotherapists.
- Maintain digitalized clinical documentation and ethical practice at all times.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Participate in workshops, research, and in-house training sessions.
- Engage in Motion Mechanics innovation projects (AI tools, digital logs, assistive devices, etc.).
- Support outreach, awareness, and creative communication projects.
- Uphold Motion Mechanics Well-Being First policy and 40-Hour Max Workweek principle.
🎓Eligibility
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 1-year internship completed successfully.
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
- Proficiently using (Google Workspace, AI tools, data documentation).
- Passionate, empathetic, and curious mindset.
